Made in China deals with the fate of a little group of illegal immigrants who are left at the mercy of Brane and his girlfriend Suzi. A chain of unexpected complications makes Brane become aware that people smuggling is all but easy business.

Against the background of current Austrian politics, the film reconstructs the history of the Carinthian minority conflict. This documentary focuses on the eventful 1970s, when a young generation of Carinthian Slovenes took up the fight for their rights laid down in Austria’s State Treaty of 1955. With Haider as provincial governor, it is a fight fought until today.

A documentary film about my olive tree under the Israeli occupation. I wanted to record the destruction of our olive trees, and the role that they play in daily life; to show what this tree means for Palestinian culture, and why it is important for people to defend their trees against Israeli attempts to destroy them. The film also is about the irony of my existence in London and my discovery of peace doves made from olive trees of the Holy Land.

In the mountains in the south of Chile, the multinational enterprise Endesa is building a gigantic dam that will stop the flow of the Bio-Bio River, and flood the land where the native Pehuenche community. Berta Quintremán, at the age of 88, leads the last group opposing the construction of the dam to prevent the flooding of the land of her ancestors.

Oscar Brahim makes his living by driving a taxi twelve hours a day, throughout the crowded streets of Buenos Aires. During this time, he is constantly invaded by street advertisement pollution. In the trunk of his car, he carries some cut-outs, bottles of glue and a pair of scissors. As soon as the flag of his taxi turns to “empty”, he pulls over, borrows somebody’s ladder and starts to work with his elements on publicity posters, using collage and painting techniques.
