Just as it did last year, Shrimp, the Cinema Camp 2005 will be in the immediate vicinity of Izola's Coast next to the lighthouse, where a vast majority of festivals acompanying programme will take place. The CineCamp will be available for all the holders of the Festival Cards and for the volunteers.

Advanced ticket sales have begun on monday, May 8th 2006.

Festival card enables you to see all the screenings and to sleep in the festival camp free of charge, Otok package enables you to see all the films on the open-air cinema on Manzioli square. The number of packages and festival cards is limited! This year, you can also purchase festivaldaily pass, which enables you to see all the films on a particular day.

The Travelling Island is the Isola Cinema film festival action with an aim to connect the festival with other cinemas in Slovenia, Croatia and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. From the end of April to the end of May the Isola Cinema cinema caravan is going to pass through numerous towns throughout the regions and organize film nights in cooperation with local clubs, societies and film lovers.

Olga Oniščenko's debut was a film by Olga Narucka and Anatolij Nikitin, Manka. In 1993, she is discovered by Alexander Sokurov, her co-citizen from Sankt Peterburg, and Olga gets a part in Sokurov's cult Whispering Pages (Tihiji Stranici). Her next part comes from a unique European author, hungarian Peter Gothar. She acts in his film Vaska (Haggyállógva Vászka).
