Cycling Chronicles is based on materials from the actual murder case occurred in 2000. This road movie about a boy, running away by bicycle toward the north, after killing his mother, is a story about the complex nature of guilt and redemption. Through his encounters with the people, whose lives and pasts are filled with struggle, he shows the audience that none can ever judge between the good or the bad and decide whether to live or die. |
